There's some good stuff in the comments on the follies piece, too, if that's your bag.Share your tales of perfidy and world-ending incompetence here.
If it's an online game, send me the game # and I can take a look at what's going on in that instance.I think I found a bug in a game with doublebullout. I played The China Card when Red Scare/Menace was headlined, and it would sometimes give me 5 influence points, depending on the countries I chose in Asia. It seemed like if I selected uncontrolled countries it gave me the 5th influence, and if I had to use two influence because the country was under enemy control it would limit me to the 4 I should have under Red Scare.
In the end, I selected countries for the correct effect, but watch out for this bug (unless I'm misunderstanding some sort of interaction here).
After Wolf Hall, I'm getting to the point where I'll strongly consider watching anything with Mark Rylance in it. I feel similarly about Michael Kitchen, of Foyle's War fame (an excellent series which starts out unrelated to Twilight Struggle).Just finished watching "Bridge of Spies" starring Tom Hanks this morning. I was born in the mid-60s, so the Rudolf Abel - Gary Powers exchange was before my time. What an amazing story. Highly recommended watching while you wait between turns!
