Artifact or Hearthstone

Hello guys,

I have recently started watching digital card games and it seems that they are very appealing to me.
What would you recommend for a newbie in the genre - to start playing Hearthstone now, or rather wait and focus on Artifact when it comes out by the end of November?

From what I have read, it seems like there is no trading in HS, as opposed to Artifact, where there will be possibility, to buy and sell cards on the market, which seems as a better way to gather your collections and build specific decks? But on the other hand it seems, that Hearthstoen is way easier to learn.

What are your thoughts on which game should I choose to spend time and money at?

I would highly recommend Eternal Card Game instead.

You can watch a recent tournament at:
Or find your favorite streamer at:

It borrows some stuff from Magic: the Gathering and Hearthstone, but also reinvents a lot.

No trading, but you can destroy unwanted cards to craft cards that you want; although I would advised playing draft as a more efficient way of collecting cards.

It has a fairly long tutorial as the game has a lot of depth (which you can skip after the second match) and a friendly community at

There are even decks without rares that are competitive.
